We loved this episode with our guest, Kelli Risse! Kelli is a peak performance executive coach, professional speaker, and author, whose mission is to help overworked, overwhelmed, and overstressed high-achievers shift into peak performers to avoid or recover from burnout. She is so full of knowledge about burnout and we learned so much!
Kelli walked us through the steps to go from being a high achiever to becoming a peak performer. This means that you are the same person but you are balancing everything you have to and want to do better. You still get good results but you won't end up in strain and burnout.
Once again in this episode, we were given the advice that self-care has to be a focus when you are trying to avoid burnout or recover from it. And once again we went to therapy with our guest and had a couple great breakthroughs!
