We loved this episode with our awesome guest, Heather Swan, owner of YarnCom. It was so interesting to hear her corporate story and how she lived through and got caught up in a toxic workplace. What we loved most was what she learned from it and how she took those lessons and started her own business with amazing culture.

Once again in this episode, we have another guest talking to us about boundaries. Set your boundaries in the workplace upon starting a job or even after years in the office. Communicate them and stand by them to enjoy your work/life balance so much more.

Heather also gave some great tips to make your current situation work for you. She walked through some steps to work with HR to help rectify your work issues.
